We recently spent a week in this hotel during our skiing trip. We had half board so could sample both breakfast and dinner. We were very happy with the quality of both, plenty and very delicious. However, if you are vegetarian you better ask the hotel in advance whether they can cater for you since they did not have anything for vegetarians or at least not on the half board options. The staff were friendly and were very prompt with any request. Our room was simple but everything was spotless. The only thing we did not like was the river next to the hotel. It was very noisy despite the double glazing. We had great difficulty to fall asleep during the first few nights and woke up every morning around 4-5 am. If you can, try to book a room facing away from the river, however there aren't many rooms like this according to the floor plan. Advice to the owners of the hotel: if you can please install outside shutters to reduce the noise, it would make such a big difference. Other than this we were very happy and well looked after.

Room Tip: Rooms away from the river.

Thank you for your comment.
Indeed, if we know any information about the food habits in advance (such as allergy, vegetarian, vegan...), the better it is to organize the stay.
Regarding the river, we can't turn it off at night and indeed even if the rooms are equipped with double glazzing, we are thinking about a kind of sound proof system on the outside of the hotel.
We hope this won't affect your decision to come back in the future at the hotel.

These guys really go out of their way. An error was made on the final bill, which was entirely my fault, but they rectified the situation a whole week later when I was back in home in London.

There's also a jacuzzi which is fantastic after a day on the slopes.

Room Tip: We got the quadruple privilege room on the 3rd floor. It has a balcony and faces the river. Just fantastic.

Thank you for your comment.
Our everyday's aim is our guests satisfaction (in the limit of the reasonable) in order to get the chance to welcome them again.
This is valid before the guests’ arrival if we can help with the organization, of course during the stay and also after the guests’ check out.

Just returned from a 4 night stay - skiing in 3 Valleys. Can't fault this hotel - really friendly staff, good sized clean rooms (we had a 4 bedded room), excellent food (it's the first time we've eaten in every night), and free jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Room Tip: Our 4 bedded room had two beds on one floor and two on a mezzanine floor - plenty of room for 4 blokes

The hotel is very good. Also dinner and breakfast is very good. Only disadvantage I found was that the Hotel Spa is only opened from 5 PM - 8 PM and everything was still cold at opening. Also it is very dark in the steam bath, be careful with the steam pipe which you can not see!

Room Tip: Choose a higher class room (Privilege) in order to get a higher floor and more space!

Thank you for your comment.

Indeed during couple of days this winter, the bulb of the steam room didn't work and as it is a special bulb, we had to order it. So during that time, it was quite dark in the steam room.
We will also add more lightning in front of the steam room.

Have stayed twice at this great little hotel, and will be going back for more. Above all, it is very comfortable and friendly. The staff are excellent and make it a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are modern, well-sized with good amenities and are very clean. There is a good choice at breakfast. Dinner has a choice of two starters and main courses and the food is of a good quality and well presented. The tarte au citron is just the best ever. There is a small bar and good house wine. The hotel is about a 10 minute (hilly) walk from the ski lift but there is a regular shuttle service. You get the impression that the staff really do care about the guests, nothing is too much trouble, and this is what makes it stand out from the rest. Oh, and good value too.
