We took part in the class and really enjoyed it. The course is very well organised and Barbara did show us what's important in the Provence kitchen not only via dishes we had prepared together (all delicious and already tried few times when we back home and all of them work!!!), but also sharing with us her experience of cooking/living in this area.
Recommend to anyone who likes food and is looking for something else than site-sighting, cycling or wine tasting!
