The location was fantastic, close to nature and horse riding which my family loved. Olivier is a great guy and a good host. He knows the area well which was a great help. He even organised a day trip for us to enjoy riding in the Camaque and put out a picnic. Would recommend the place to anyone who is looking for a place away from the main tourist locations, country side, walking, riding and nature activities.
We spent 4 nights at Mas des Collines with Olivier and our time there exceeded all expectations. The accommodations were comfortable and relaxing. Olivier is charming, welcoming and a great chef. The two dinners we enjoyed at Olivier's table were memorable. We expected this to be our one and only time in Provence since there are so many spots to visit in France, we generally do not duplicate trips. With Mas des Collines we make an exception and we plan to stay at Mas des Collines again.
What a find this was! A very comfortable home with olde world charm. Our host, Olivier, a chef and fluent in English was so helpful in recommending the best places to visit. One night he cooked us a superb 5 course meal using the freshest ingredients from the market and herbs from his garden. When one of our party fell seriously ill, it was Olivier who booked their plane seats back to the UK for them and drove them to the airport in Marseille. We would highly recommend this property and host to anyone.
