Reviewed May 20, 2012

This house and garden is charming, in a charming tiny village, very rural. The village has a museum of rural life, which looks as if it would be delightful, but was closed when I was there (public holiday). The lovely hosts are English who speak French fluently. They used to own a restaurant in Suffolk and we had a wonderful 4-course meal. My room was room 3, with a lovely view of the garden, and the windows could be flung wide open so that the room felt light and airy. Free WiFi. You wouldn't come here for loads of mod cons, you would come here for peace and tranquillity. A really good stopping point if you're driving down through France.
There is a pool, but the weather wasn't really that warm, so I didn't try it out.
