This is a small French restaurant with a modern subtle chic decor of dark blue/grey and a nice atmosphere. We were welcomed by a nice black man with a hearty hand shake who made us feel welcome. There was a large family table and another with 6 businessmen eating at the time.
We chose from their menu; 1) Côte de Boeuf Charolaise "barbare" (1 personne) and 2) Filet de Boeuf aux Morilles. We were given an amuse bouche of asparagus and ham soup in a tiny soup terrine on a tiny saucer with a tiny spoon, very tasty. The steaks were 1) very large (see picture) and slightly chewy and 2) Melt in the mouth exquisite! They were both €25 and I would highly recommend you choose 2). We had a very nice bottle of Côte du Rhône St Joseph for €30 and were too full for any desert but finished with a "Café Allonge avec lait froid a cote" which translated is a large single shot coffee with cold milk separately (if you have ever had difficulty getting a coffee the way you like it in France). The service was very quick, polite & friendly.
