This Rodin statue is set right in the middle of a magnificent park in front of the town hall. It can't be missed if you're in Calais and is well worth the look. The statue is magnificent and to see a Rodin in the 'flesh' is in itself worth while. But it's also the setting, right in the wonderful gardens in front of the town hall that sets this apart. Do take a look and there is quite a history to this landmark.
