Nice rooms, comfortable bed, Meal very good (a la carte) but reasonably pricey 70Euro for 2 inc wine , If one was happy with inclusive menu/ dish of day would be better value. Convenient in house Bistro style restaurant

Good hotel, room clean and perfect for overnight stay. Service and food excellant. Loved the garlic sausage as a pre meal snack. A bit more expensive than other IBIS hotels but guess it's down to location and demand - still value for money.

Would recommend to others.

Only 10 mins away from EuroTunnel Terminal.

Excellent value close to ferry. The staff were curious and provided fantastic service, especially looking after our car whilst we slept, always a worry when travelling with a full car! The restaurant is great value too , with variety of meal for all prices and tastes

I book often accomodations on Accor groups especially Ibis because I wasn't really disappointed about their services. Reception staff was enthusiastic. My accomodation was located on the ground floor. This bedroom has got everything. Good Wi-fi. Good stuff concerning the shower except every 3 minutes I had to activate water. But it is mentioned we have a "quiet" room. That was not the case because I could hear doors which was pushing/pulling, and people coming/going out from/to the hotel. I was waked-up around 04:00am with an uncomfortable noise that was louder and louder.
Anyway I think the accomodations viewing on the car park are not quiet.
Otherwise your breakfast was really good. Large choice of continental breakfast. For the dinner, I had a sausage to wait the main dish. Your waiter was nice but without any smile. She scared myself. Ibis is a good chain if all the staff is smiling.

This is a very welcoming hotel ,it's recently been upgraded with the most comfy beds I have ever slept on ,the staff are very friendly and always remember you if you have stayed before ,if you book and pay in advance then it's very cheap, when I go to Calais I always use this hotel restaurant is good as is the ample breakfast.

Room Tip: I allways have a downstairs room at the back but it's never noisy

Stayed here for one night and we were very pleasantly surprised. Don't be fooled by the drab exterior - this is not a drab hotel. Very friendly late-night welcome and room was modern and clean with a very comfy bed and a real duvet (not those nasty sheet and blanket combos). Hotel very close to ferry port and a short drive to a large supermarket. For what and where it is, you can't go far wrong.

On arrival we asked where the nearest shop was to buy some groceries. Only after much persuasion did the receptionist mark on the local map where a shop might be found , only for there to be no shop's anywhere near his directions.
We felt most unwanted when we returned to the hotel at about 10pm after having dinner in Calais. The lady behind the bar was most unfriendly and seemed only interested in noisily washing out wine bottles to the annoyance of all.
The hotel is situated a good 30 minutes walk from the town centre's restaurants. If you don't want to walk it's 15 euros by taxi (each way).
The room doors are noisy and bang shut very loudly. The bed was excellently comfortable and the shower superb.
