Have now eaten here twice this year. Have also eaten at (and reveiwed) Histoire Ancienne, which is of a very similar standard.
Both times we have had the fixed menu at €31 and found the food to be fantastic. The wine list is great, with lots of well sourced wines at reasonable prices given the quality and age of some of them.
There are also regularly changing wines by the glass on a blackboard, at reasonable prices, and the owner will recommend which will best suit what you are eating. He is very knowledgeable.
The square that it is in is currently (April 2013) being renovated so looks a little rougher than it might. At this time of year it is a good idea to request a table a little further into the restaurant if possible - A little chilly otherwise when the door opens.
Would definitely recommend and will be back there again when we are next in Calais
