The new Spring season formules are quite stunning. The photo of the beef entree of the 31€ choice shows the extreme delicacy and beauty of the creation. My amouse bouche was delicious as was the first course of a lightly panfried crab pancake with asparagus tips and a warm coddled egg. The chariots of fromage and desserts were, as ever, comprehensive and tantalising. Two half bottles of Saumur and Cotes de Bourg were spot on and priced competitively. If there was a restaurant of comparable price/performance in London I'd certainly become a regular.
