“Tranquil, secure with a home from home feel.”
Reviewed June 20, 2018 for a stay in May 2018

Situated in a small hamlet just 15 minutes from Amiens, this modern converted basement flat has everything you'll require for your stay. From a pull down TV/cinema screen, to a well appointed kitchen, this property has the space to sprawl and chill. Not sure I'd go with a large family to this property, as there's only one proper bedroom. There are sofa beds, but its not something I would want to sleep on for a week or two. The hosts are really friendly and approachable. We even had warm croissants left on our doorstep one morning. Secure behind electronic gates, the property and car is off the road and safe. Nice place to take quiet walks, as it really is rural countryside, but there are no shops in the locality, no pub or tabac. A bakery (boulangerie) is a five minute drive. We would recommend this property for couples, maybe with a young off-spring, as there is a single bed in the main bedroom. The main property above the flat has more bedrooms, but is leased separately. Lovely location for accessing the War graves, and the countryside of Picardy. Would stay here again.

“Fantastic luxury apartment with sun trap deck.”
Reviewed May 13, 2018 for a stay in May 2018

Craig & Celine were the perfect hosts, very kind & helpful before & during our stay. The apartment is very luxurious & spacious, especially the bathroom. We were blessed with hot weather, & the private decking area with 2 loungers, 4 chairs & side tables , dining table & chairs plus a gas BBQ was a godsend. The location is lovely, with lakes & walks close by plus only a short drive to the lovely city of Amiens. Really enjoyed our stay & looking forward to returning next year.

“Comfortable and relaxing base for an interesting region”
Reviewed August 14, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Very comfortable and well-equipped property, with friendly and helpful owners. We enjoyed the rental itself and its lovely garden, with a private area for our own use, as well as the region. When not chilling outside or watching movies on our very own big screen, we visited Amiens and Beauvais, both of which have famous cathedrals, the First World War memorials and museums, and the natural areas around the coast (we particularly recommend Saint-Valéry, Marquenterre (bird sanctuary) and Le Hourdel (seals!).

So, highly recommended and many thanks to Céline and Craig for their warm welcome.

We came and stayed in May with Craig and Celine and loved it so much we decided to come back in the summer. The accommodation is beautiful and Celine and Craig are wonderful hosts, who welcomed us and gave us much advice about where to go during our stay. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if they are a ting to explore this region of France

Celine and Craig are charming, helpful hosts who made our stay enjoyable. We had a great time and love the accommodation as well as the area, which is pretty and peaceful. We fund plenty to do in this area and looking forward to visiting again as there are still a lot of things and places which we wish to see and didn't have time to do.

Celine & Craig our hosts are a lovely couple and kept in touch with us while we were delayed on the ferry. The property is in a small quiet village and there is a large garden with a barbecue and plenty of seating. The house is immaculate and equipped with everything you will need for a perfect stay, we felt really at home there and would highly recommend the property to anyone.
