Such a delightful B&B, the house has a lovely warmth and character to it which is the perfect antidote after a big day sightseeing. Dominique is a treasure too, she was so accommodating and great to have a chat with. This place is a little gem!

Spent two days in Amiens prior to a business trip and absolutely loved this place and the charming owner Dominique. Great location for day trips into Somme if this is what you came for. Lovely spacious home with fantastic gardens which because of all the rain we had we couldn't take advantage of. Breakfast was the highlight and great way to start the day. Most war cemeteries and museums only about 30 minutes away so you could do 2 or 3 in a day easily. Recommend venturing to the river area for dinner which is about 15 mins drive but great array of restaurants and cafes with lovely views.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights at La Maison. As it was our first stay in France we wanted to try our poor French language skills and Dominique was most gracious in helping us. Of all the places we have stayed this is place feels most like a home rather than a hotel. Dominique was very helpful with tips ranging from WW1 sites to dinner recommendations within walking distance.
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom modern and well appointed.
The property is on a what appears to be a busy road but after a brief peak period traffic is light. We had a room facing the road which had roller shutters on the windows and did not have any issue with noise.
The breakfast was typically French with great tasting bread and spreads along with good coffee or hot chocolate. Be aware that if you ask for hot chocolate it comes in a bowl, very big.
As it was cold we did not get to enjoy the beautiful back yard.
Put this on your list.

Really comfortable bed and breakfast. Following on a 550 mile from Edinburgh we have a blissful night's sleep and a substantial (continental ha!) breakfast. We had a double room linked via a bathroom with another room which was perfect. Highly recommended and would certainly stay again.

We booked here to break the journey to Le Loire. We could not have chosen better, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the breakfast very excellent,. Dominique even gave us a lift to a good restaurant in the city centre and is a very good hostess

We stayed at this B&B, sadly only for one night, on a 'girls' trip to France. It is a lovely peaceful house in the suberbs of Amiens. Dominique made us very welcome when we arrived with a cup of tea in her beautiful garden. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was wonderful - two types of French bread, croissants, brioche, jams and compotes, raspberries (from Dominique's Mum's garden) and yoghurt with mint. Dominique could not have made us more welcome. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay.
