This restaurant has a new owner for 2013 as we found out when we ate there in September. We had eaten here in 2012 and had enjoyed it and as the hotel we stay in is just along the road by the Town Hall it is perfectly placed for us especially if you want tapas sized portions of a few different items. We so enjoyed our first return visit that we went back again later in the week.
You will need to check out their opening hours out of season as they were not open every night during our stay.
There is a salon upstairs which was displaying some art and it is a nice space which I think is used for some of the events that they were advertising. They were going to have evenings based around flamenco, Argentine tango, guitar playing etc and I was sorry that we would not be in Pornichet at the time to be able to attend.
Food was great, meatballs, tiny fried fish, squid, potatoes with chorizo and a number of my other favourite tapas.
There was a great atmosphere and I would thoroughly recommend it.
