I stayed here as part of a Cosmos tour stop to see Mont St-Michel. Rooms are very basic, nothing fancy, but there was great access to stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff was polite and efficient, and breakfast was good, with much variety of hot and cold selections. Beds are oddly low to the floor, but comfortable. I liked it here....it was casual and cozy.

Le Mont Saint Michel is a great experience and it is possibly charming to be in a hotel within the walled city. However, in a family trip, we preferred to be off the city walls and it was not a bad idea after all, since you can visit the city, use the public transportation (free) to go to Le Mont and return to a hotel like this, where you don´t have nothing special, but it is much less expensive than the hotels located within the city (BTW: you cannot enter with your car in the city, our case). There are some options to eat and a supermarket by the side of the hotel, so you have it all for a one-day stay to visit one of the most interesting tourist destinations in Europe.

We were told to come here as its sister hotel screwed up the reservation.
I had to pay more and the staff was unapologetic at all. Even implying I made the mistake.
I had the confirmation # to prove and visa guaranteed the payment as well.

Not very helpful and somewhat rude staff.
Hot room no air condition
As Rick Steeves said " soulless"

The front desk said they were a better hotel- than Formula Verte. I can only imagine...

Room Tip: Try to get the B and B around the area But they are booked early

We stayed at this hotel for one night as part of a tour. The room was basic and somewhat dated. It was very warm and there is no air con as we had to leave the window open. This let in the mosquitoes unfortunately so we got a few bites.

The breakfast was unremarkable but satisfactory.

The location was good as the shuttle up to the Mont stops adjacent to the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as we wanted a base from which to get to places the Tour de France was visiting. We were sent a code for the barriers a full 24 hours before we arrived. However, if you arrive between 7 pm and midnight the barriers are up. Also, when we booked we could only get a double room for one night and a triple for the other two nights. When we arrived we were told we had been booked into a double room for all 3 nights. On booking out we were only charged the double room rate, without us asking, and as we hadn't used the code at all this was taken off the bill too. The hotel room was perfect for our needs and very clean and the staff spoke good English.

Room Tip: We were in a north facing room and despite the weather being very warm the room was always cool.
