The waiter was pleasant enough and found us a table. The clientelle were a mixture of French along with a few English tourists.
The food was not good. The fish soup was out of a packet and the steaks were stringy, of poor quality and soaked in a sickly creamy pepper sauce. The dauphinoise potatoes had been made earlier in the day and heated in a microwave until they were dry. The vegetables were a slab of courgettes, again made earlier in the day and, again, heated to death in the microwave.
A 'Beer pression' was charged at 5 Euros - ridiculous!
