The room reminded me of a college dorm room before a student has moved in. Very bare, lacking in any character. However, if you want somewhere just to sleep and then go, this is pretty good value for money. The hotel is right on the outskirts of Millau, which makes getting to and from it easy. Parking is free and secured at night. The hotel is attached to a bowling centre (at the back), but you can't hear any noise from there. Bit of a curious arrangement. You check in at the bowling centre/cafe/restaurant reception, and check in doesn't begin until 5pm, so have something to do for the day! The upstairs rooms are only accessible by your room card unlocking the main door, while the downstairs rooms are opening directly into the carpark, motel style. My room was very clean. Once in the room you will find a TV and air conditioner. The aircon control is on the aircon itself, so you need to be tall, or stand on a chair! Look for the small grey button and push it once for cooling. It will eventually work, and is programmed at 19degrees. There are basically no amenities in the bathroom, so bring your own soap and hair dryer. Shower is annoying with water gong everywhere, but the bathroom is quite spacious so it's not that much of a problem. I will, however, award this hotel full marks for having actual pillows, and not the horribly insubstantial French ones I've found in other places.
The restaurant attached to the bowling centre is egregious, so avoid if possible. There are plenty of better restaurants around at the same price. Breakfast is a very 'American chain hotel' style, and costs €8, but it's convenient.
Good for a cheap place to lay your head before embarking on your next adventure.

Room Tip: If you are security conscious, choose an upstairs room.

Rooms are okay but simple, restaurant is an fun experience with staff not able to speak English but proving with hands, feet and a smile a good service! For only 50€ it's a 'must do' thing when you're around and cheaper and easier than camping out on busy children filled noicy campsites.

Bowling is a budget hotel/motel, but You'll get Your money's worth. I visited in june and stayed for one night. The hotel is a separate building from the bowling alley/restaurant/reception. So the bowling noise cannot be heard to the hotel. Breakfast is served in the hotel building. I payed for breakfast which was nothing fancy. Still You could easily pay more for a cup of coffee and sandwich on a motorway gas station. I ate a full menu in the restaurant. Local products at a reasonable price. I would visit again.

Not as I had expected from the various web sites that I used to source a hotel in Millau.Located
behind a builders Merchants yard and part of a bowling alley complex.Clean facilities but similar to a modern Youth Hostel and would not stay here again unless desperate a good point is the secure parking but I wondered if this was because it was in a rough area.

We chose this hotel as a base for a night. It has nice, clean functional no frills rooms and a good restaurant which serves awesome drinks and quite good food. There is a bowling alley but we never got to see it. There is a secure car park and breakfast was very simple but sufficient. I would stay here again if I were to visit the area. We visited the Millau viaduct and the Gorges du Tarn.
