We have stayed in this hotel a few times using a disabled room which is very good with a view out to the church. The position is good near the old town with secure parking. The staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast good and the hotel clean. However the hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment.

Room Tip: Higher rooms have the best views.

Great hotel great location in the centre of town. Our room was on the fifth floor at the front giving a view of the bridge from two sides . one even had a balcony .Service was fantastic, beds comfortable. Secure parking was down a side street behind the hotel .It cost 14 euro per night .or you could use a near by car park for free with full public access .One thing I found odd was the IBIS hotel was part of the same building and visitors shared both hotels even though you entered via separate doors .The staff were great and spoke very good English . If I'm in the area again will defiantly stay there. Evening meal and breakfast were of a high standard.

Nice large room, bit 'tired', but with an exceptionally good view of the countryside and Bridge from the balcony. The highlight of our stay in transit to the south. Restaurant closed on Sunday, but the menu looked good - we ate a good meal in 'The club restaurant' immediately outside the hotel. Breakfast very good. Secure Parking at 14eur is 25 yards down the street. Staff very pleasant. Central location very useful. We liked on previous visits Millau for canoeing, swimming in the river, watching the hang gliders and interesting walks.
