We spent 10 days in the house in 13 people, using both Thalassina I and II. It is in a beautiful bay, even if there are many houses under construction and the environment is not exactly elegant. I think you can not stay in Thalassina II if you don't use Thalassina I as well, because the two units are one (Thalassina II has the kitchen under the unit I and the beds above it!!). But was really poor was the status of the house. It for sale and probably for this reason it not very well managed, with many thinks not working (a tap, the washing machine, ...).
But what really made our stay challenging was the sewage system that flooded us in the terrace every day when we took shower, as it was not working. We asked to the owner to repair, but nothing happened. I brought my friends there and it was not easy for me to accept this situation. In addition, the level of cleanness was very low and the 2 baths are really small (no photo of them, please note). I think that staying there in more than 8 (4 per unit) is really hard.
Fortunately we had good weather and we good stay at sea most of the time, the island is quite nice.

The two apartments are in a great location, however for the cost we were disappointed with the ammenities, bedroom space (upstairs apartment only) and overall cleanliness.
Don't be misled by the beach photos, in peak season they are filled with people, so be prepared to share and find a space early.
