The restaurant serves mostly fondus and raclettes, the raclette is old-school in that it is a metal box full of coals, on which, or under which, you grill your meat and melt your cheese. The service is excellent and the food is plentiful - potatoes and bread are "on-demand" but didn't need a second serving.
Reservation is essential in season.
The only word of warning that I can offer is that the choice is limited. Fondus and raclettes are for 2 or more people, so if you are on your own or a third person then ordering can be complicated.
