I have visited this hotel with two colleague for a business trip. The rooms are good and confortable, most important are really clean.
The WI-FI is easy to use and fast: really important for a business trip.
The breakfast ist ok and the guys at the reception are pretty smart.
I would like to suggest it for working people.

We stayed here one night on our way to the south and it worked very well for us. We had a 4 person appartment which was modern and clean and did not leave much to be desirered for our purpose. Only recommendation would be to apply a shower screen or curtain to kerp the bathroom floor from getting very wet during a shower. There is public parking on the terrain in front of the hotel which is free at night until 9am in the morning. We found good value for money here.

Stayed 5 nights as a family of 4. Our room was a corner-room with large bed (king) and a double-queen sized sleeper couch, which we folded up during the day to maximize floor space for play and school. Staff was friendly and spoke English. The hotel was clean. The room was roomy, but had very little to no storage space. The decor is a tad loud but France is totally into this new age, futuristic, super-modern sleek style right now. We expected it. Our shower was big, two-person big, and comfortable, if a bit poorly lit. I was surprised to find an apple dock speaker station in the room, incl. remote control. The only issue I had was that housekeeping didn't "get" that I didn't want my beds touched and they kept making them. Took us 3 days to have that down, which included multiple complaints to the front desk and hand written notes to the maid.
The hotel does not have a parking lot, but public parking is in front of the hotel, a short walking distance away (not free of charge) and there is underground parking next to the hotel, which we didn't utilize.
The location is perfect for a short stay, directly next to to an indoor shopping mall complete with grocery store, and close to shops, stores, hairdressers, cafe's and restaurants. A park with playground and a nice walk by the river are just a 5 minute walk away. Laundromat is accessible within a 7 minute walk.
We would be back in a heartbeat.

We spent one night in this hotel on our way from Germany back to Paris. We had read the reviews and thought it would be okay for one night. We had reserved a room with two beds but when we arrived, we discovered that one bed was actually a sofa bed. The only room they had with two real beds, were twins.
Upon first appearance, the room did seem to be clean. It was hard to tell about the carpet because it is black with writing on it. And the rooms are not very well lit. The closet is a self standing piece of furniture that is only large enough to hold a few clothes on hangers. The first room we were in (more about that later) had a showerhead in the middle of the bathroom with no walls or doors around the shower.
After we had settled for the night, our son jumped up from the sofa bed and said a bug had just run across his arm. My husband managed to find the bug and kill it. We have no idea what kind of bug it was. We looked for more bugs but couldn't find any. By this time it is very late, but we all got dressed, we did not want to sleep in that room. The desk clerk assigned us two rooms as I refused to be in another room with a sofa bed. As we opened the door to one of the rooms, we could smell a bad odor, so we just shut the door and requested another room. When I mentioned it to the clerk, we were told that sometimes the town just has an odor??? We were finally settled into two rooms. By this time it is almost the middle of the night. We had no more issues, but let me say we were up and out of there very early. When I expressed my concerns to the morning clerk, she said they had never had any complaints about bugs and would have housekeeping check it out.
As for the location, we were there on a Friday night. There didn't seem to be many guests and there sure wasn't much happening downtown. It was very quiet and we had a difficult time finding someplace to eat. We would not go back.

Stayed here overnight on the way from the south of France back to the Netherlands. Arrived at 8.30pm, but managed to book a family room swiftly. Big parking lot in front of the hotel, so no problems finding a spot (it was a Saturday evening, which meant free parking until Monday morning).
Nice design in the room (wallpaper, carpet, lamps) and throughout the hotel. Excellent beds (one double and the best pull out sofa bed I've ever seen), spacious room, luxury bathroom with rain shower.
Breakfast buffet was good enough (nice selection of bread) but seemed to be managed by a single person. Only slight complaint: coffee came from some office-like machine and was unimpressive.

This was a very modern hotel in a great location. The checking in was quick and efficient. The décor is a bit in our face with black carpets with phrases written on them. The walls were equally in your face with phrases written all over them. However the bed was comfortable and the shower room was well laid out. We had a problem with a broken toilet seat and they moved us to a different room straight away. The breakfast was ok but for €13 a bit pricey. The free WIFI was a bonus. For an overnight stay it was fine. Pay parking was available in the parking place outside the centre. This was much cheaper than the on street parking.

Stayed one night here on my way from Paris to Luxemburg. Parking garage is closed after 10 pm, so had to park at the parking place nearby. Very new, up-to-date hotel, nice design throughout. Breakfast very standard, service a bit grumpy (ok, we're in France, admitted). Nicely designed room, albeit a bit small. Some power / heating generator nearby humming throughout the night, was glad to have earplugs with me (probably just a matter of bad luck with the location of the room). During my stay, the hotel was quite empty. I had the feeling the hotel is still very new and needs to 'come alive'. Maybe just a matter of time.

Room Tip: may want to watch out for heating / power generator nearby room.
