We had the Menu Degustation with two starters, two entrees, cheese and dessert for 35€ and we were absolutely thrilled by the food we ate.
The quality of the products is amazing, there is a real work in the way the meals are presented and with the associations made.
The wine is also very good with a wide choice.
The place is very nice especially the terrace (even if we couldnt sit outside because of the rain...) and the waiters and chef are very welcoming.
I truly recommend this place for people who want to discover traditional french food.

This place had just opened when we went. The chefs work magic with locally sourced produce. We had a kind of 'tasting menu' which was an absolute bargain. A stunning Catalan stew of rabbit & monkfish. Incredibly fresh fish - rougets. A dark chocolate desert with crystallised black olives. The wine we chose was 'so-so' and not chilled enough but the cooking was inspired and the service was great. Newly opened, I wish them all success-if they keep producing innovative food like this they will go from strength to strength. ;)

“Something new worth supporting in Céret”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 27, 2014

We decided to try this new restaurant in the street where we are staying for two reasons; one, someone we know said they had heard good things about it and two, the menu changes daily, both at lunchtimes and evenings. We weren't disappointed. There is a la carte on offer and a tasting menu, currently at 35 euros, which is very much up to the chefs but was based on the a la carte. At just under £30 at current exchange rates we felt this was very good value compared to tasting menus back home and considering the quality of the ingredients. This tasting menu has 2 starters, two small mains, cheese and dessert and a little something between the two starters, The wine list is very interesting. When we asked the staff, they said they are working with vineyards who do not use sulphites. Many of their partners produce organic wines, some biodynamic. We enjoyed a local white wine produced with Chardonnay grapes and slightly pétillant and a unusual dark rosé. The food, apart from the cheese course, reflected local tastes, using local produce. The bread was delicious, coming from a wood-fired oven. Service, from one of the brothers involved in the running of this restaurant, was welcoming and charming. We ate in the delightful walled garden.
