“Bad experience”
Reviewed June 5, 2013

We were at the Ceret cherry fest, and most restaurants were full. We found this little resto just off the main street. The menu looked good, but after waiting for ages to be served, the dish we liked most turned out to be unavailable. We choose an alternative, and after more ages we got the starter, mi-cuit foie gras which was quite OK. After more ages we got our main dish, with rice instead of baked potatoes. Part of the rice looked like the pan got burned. Other people with the same menu got their potatoes, but we did not complain as it wasn't worth to wait ages again for it. The dessert was ok, panna cotta with cherry pie. When we asked for the bill, they apologised for the long wait, and we got a litte off the price. The waitress was very ineffecient and unexperienced.

“Glad we found this one”
Reviewed May 29, 2013

Through an archway off the main street, we found this small restaurant with just a few tables ran solely by one lady. The menu is a chalkboard and she tried very hard to help us understand the food. We visited on two occasions having grilled prawns and duck one night and the plat du jour which was pigs cheek and cuttlefish on the second. All were good and great value for money. No airs and graces here though.
