Once you eventually find Agd'Aventure it is a really fun way to spend an afternoon up in the trees. Back to getting there however. The distinct lack of signage made us wonder how there was anyone there at all! The area in which it is located is just outside of Agde off a roundabout where a new golf course is being built, but there are literally no signs. We found it after going up and down the dual carriageway a couple of times and only because we had a vague idea of where it should be from having been there the previous year.
The course is graded like a ski run by colours for level of difficulty. After a brief run through of the safety equipment and a demonstration of how to use the equipment on the lines we were off. I wouldn't have the best head for heights but I loved it as I felt completely secure with the equipment and the way the course runs you build up your confidence as you work your way along. Needless to say our 10 year old and 12 year old kids were always ahead of us!
The staff are never far away and appear with a ladder to help you out if needed, which did happen in our case! It was very well staffed, they were all very helpful and pleasant and we felt that safety was a real priority, as it should be.
There is something for every ability, from a smaller kids course to the thrill seekers, with even a bicycle you can cycle across a wire, if brave enough - we didn't progress that far!
My only gripe, aside from lack of signage is that they don't have a family rate, it worked out at around €74 for 4 of us but on saying that we did get a good 2+ hours out of it, so overall would still recommend it as a great family activity.
