6.00 pm on a weekday evening for my first visit. Reasonably busy with a much younger crowd than most Beziers bars. Only one person serving which meant service was slow and most of the outside tables had not been cleared.
A limited food menu on display but a mystery who would have cooked it.
Reasonable prices and a good measure of wine. Service was polite without being friendly.
An 'Irish Pub' in France usually means the only Irish thing about it is that it serves Guinness and that summed up O'sully on my visit but to be fair there were quizzes and music advertised for later in the week.
I would go again but only if in the area.
