Took a family vacation in June with Family. Pick this hotel for its size of room and price.
the weekend rate was very good but we had to pay 2 times more for the weekday rate due to the Paris airshow during that period.

Was a little nervous with the location after booking it - read about the security / safety concern. Turn out to be reasonable for me but family was not too comfortable walking from metro to hotel in late evenings. Anyway, no harm no foul; was very peaceful at the end.

Took a taxy from Paris Nord to this hotel - the taxi GPS brought us to another direction and had to call hotel to get direction. Guess hotel is not very well known, so beware. Tell driver it is near the Siemens building. taxi to the CDG airport took less than 20mins and cost 35Euro, very reasonble. Dont try the train though, too many changes and have to lug the luggages up and down the stair in metro unless you have small pieces.

This is a business hotel. staffs are polite and they speak good english.
Rooms are big by Paris standards. and one can pick up drinks, snacks and sandwich at the small section next to reception area. We had 2 adjacent rooms and was given one for disabled. a little challenging as there is no shower screen and once someone take a shower, the whole floor is wet. transportation to the city is easy as metro is just 150M away. BTW, hotel restaurant has very nice Salom steak and the price is very reasonable. We didnt have breakfast though - at 17 Euro, we can have something better elsewhere. We didnt try the resturants nearby, saw 2 japanese and bunch of others. End up eating 3 dinners at a same restaurant near the Basilica - it was soooooo good there, just 20 mins train and 10 mins walk!

Room Tip: Good size room. Clean and bright

Having lived in the Paris area I was well aware of the distance to central Paris, but also knew that the Metro was quick and easy to use - takes 15 minutes, but trains often only have standing room. My Sat Nav struggled to get us there first time, but knowing to look for Siemens building as a landmark was a help. Modern hotel, well maintained, nice room, very friendly staff. Terrific weekend deal including a very good breakfast - used the restaurant twice and was impressed. Will definitely return.

Room Tip: Don't be put off with the distance from Paris

Couldn't fault the hotel - standard Coutyrad fare - nice clean, modern rooms. Expensive breakfast, dinner in the evening acceptable if not exceptional. Helpful staff.

Only problem could be the location I walked to the Stade de France each day (20 minutes along busy roads) but I can imagine that some people would not want to walk around the area too much - not that I felt unsafe, it's just that there's really nothing around. But it's close to the metro.

We became prisoners in the CDG Airport as a result of the European White Storm of 2010 - and desperately searched for a hotel from my smart phone - lo and behold, Marriot came to the rescue with an 84 euro AAA special rate at the last minute - and this hotel was our refuge for 2 days. Sparkling clean rooms, helpful and friendly desk staff, and a wonderful American breakfast - a 3 minute walk to the Metro Station at Carrefour Pleyel gave us access to all of the fun that is Paris. I would, with intention, stay here again, as it was newer well apportioned, and the staff graciously handled our unexpected visit. Merci!

-For us as young travelers this hotel is great! The room rate was €99 for that night excluding BF and parking. The parking was €17 an overnight which is OK if you compare the parking prices in the city center of Paris.
The hotel is located two hundred meters from a metro stop. The metro brings you in fifteen minutes to all the great attractions of the illuminated city. But except of the close metro stop, it's location is not what you could call romantic. The turning door is blocked for safety reasons, day and night there is a security agent in front of the entrance. All those things don't really give you a safe feeling.
-The check in and check out were done by the same front desk-clerk he was not really talkative tough helpful if we asked something (he was good in French and English). He provided us with a Parisian city map and helped us with Metro information.
- The room was clean and modern, I love the courtyard bedding. A bit sad we only had a shower. I love to take a bath in a hotel. It helps to relax after exploring the city.
-The first night we had a late night dinner (22pm) in the Oleo Pazzo restaurant. I was very happy that this still wanted to serve us. The prices are reasonable and the quality was good! (You can compare prices to chain-restaurants Hippotamus and Léon de Bruxelles but the quality is much better!).

For young travelers I certainly recommend this hotel for older travelers or travelers with kids it would be more convenient to have a hotel closer to the city in a cleaner and safer neighborhood.

I lover my stay!

This is a relatively new business hotel (2009), located in a rather unsavory Paris suburb, but on a short stretch of the Boulevard de la Libération where some international businesses are located. It is almost directly across the street from the tall Siemens building that you can use as a landmark to find this hotel. Because of the weird street numbering system and the hotel’s address not recognized by our GPS, we drove around for about 30 minutes trying to find it. Now we know – just look for the Siemens building which you can see from every point as you drive around.

Room 519 had a very comfortable king size bed, a desk with ergonomic chair, lots of pillows, lots of lighting, a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The bathroom had all the needed toiletries, bathrobes, & slippers. The TV had lots of international channels, including CNN & BBC. Our price included free Internet, free parking, and free breakfast. Fern green seems to be the corporate color here and it appears in the carpeting, the upholstered room furniture, drapes, and the ties of male staffers. The front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful and very friendly. We had dinner at the hotel, which has a restaurant with a small, but diverse menu suited to everyone’s taste – light, heavy, meat, hamburger, fish, salads, and vegetarian. The prices are reasonable.

I recommend this hotel as a comfortable business hotel if you need to be in this particular area, but I do not suggest it for tourists to Paris or for people with children. Although there is a metro station a few blocks away for those wishing to go into Paris, I am not sure that I would use it after dark. We were flying out the next day from CDG airport and although we tried booking well in advance, all airport hotels were fully booked. This was the closest we could find without having to go into Paris. It was a nice, comfortable place to relax after a long, tiring business trip around France, but we would have preferred to stay at our usual Marriott at the CDG airport. Nevertheless, I must say, this was a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service. I just didn’t care for its location.

Very nice hotel on the outskirts of Paris in a residential neighborhood. If you don't mind a few extra stops with the metro, that's the place to go. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom with walk-in shower, nice furniture, flat screen tv, coffeemaker, in short all you need and very, very clean. American breakfast with lots of hot and cold items is 17 Euro which I think should be included in their rate. This would make up for the few extra stops to go there. I had a little problem with the air condition which was solved by the very nice staff in no time. Nice courtyard and a fitness center onsite. Very quiet. I am picky when it comes to hotel rooms, this one was excactly what I expected. When you are heading back to the airport, take bus # 255, bus stop at the metro station carrefour pleyel, and the bus will take you to another metro station called porte de clignancourt, from here you go to gare du nord, from here direct to the airport charles de gaulle. It's less hassle, than leaving from carrefour pleyel metro station if you travel with luggage. Travel time to the airport approx. 30 minutes. Otherwise 1 hour. I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you, Marriott !
