We stayed here on our way home from a driving holiday through France and Italy. Was great for what we needed it for. It was clean, modern decor and very spacious. I wouldn't stay here for a holiday though. It's more for business I would say or a stop off place as its right next to the airport. Perfect if you are planning a day at Parc de Asterix as its right near it.

Very close to the airport. We had a rental car so we didn't use the shuttle service. We had a family of 4 and paid about $150 for a night in a really large suite with a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with a pull out sofa (which had been pulled out and made up for us) and a kitchen. The pull out sofa isn't particularly comfortable, but we were very tired and slept fine on it anyway.

The front desk people are mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. Several large bus loads of Asian tourists arrived while we were there, so it is definitely a popular place with the tour-group companies

If you happen to notice a very strong odor outside, it's because there is a pig farm nearby. Somehow, finding out what the smell came from made it less noxious to me and my family. Hey, pig farmers have to make a living too ;)

When we checked in I felt unwelcome. I was given a cheesy-looking police paper by the unsmiling woman at the front desk to fill out for all 4 of us, having to give our addresses, phone numbers, emails, birthplaces and dates (!), nationalities etc. But none of the other people checking in while I was there were made to do that. They gave us one room card for 4 people. You need the card to operate the elevator, turn (and keep) the lights on in your room, get into the parking garage etc. So really? One card?! Do yourself a favor, insist on a card for each person before you go up to your room. I ended up doing that, eventually. We had to figure each thing out the hard way, as they wouldn't volunteer one iota of information. They didn't tell us JACK. Like, besides the small parking lot (which didn't have even one open space) there is an underground parking garage, which you may not notice at first, and there is a way to get into it, but we had to ask and experiment and drive around a few times to get it worked out. We didn't even know if we were allowed to use it, or would be charged etc. We had to ask an employee who happened to be walking through the parking lot.

If you have a rental car you need to fill with gas before you return it to CDG, or something that has to be mailed, do yourself a favor and do it before you go to the hotel! Finding a post office or a place to get gas around there is just a massive PITA.

I'd stay there again, because of the nice room and proximity to CDG, now that I know how it all works. I would simply be forewarned and prepared not to expect any basic kindness or help from the front desk people.

We booked this hotel because of the close proximity to the airport. When we arrived it was getting late so we decided to order dinner from room service. The meal arrived, the chips were dead cold. Our sandwich and burger didn't contain half of the ingredients the menu stated. There was no cutlery provided, no salt, no ketchup. If the meals weren't so expensive (€16 each) we wouldn't have minded. If you are going to charge these absolutely outrageous prices you need to step up and provide fresh quality food. We contacted reception and refused to pay for the food which wasn't an easy process. Also there was no air conditioning and the room was incredibly hot. In the bathroom we were given one towel (3 guests). Only positive is the drivers from the airport do a great job

Delivered by hotel shuttle, our group arrived, and all were immediately assigned rooms in close proximity to each other. The accommodating staff sought to meet all needs, and my husband's and my room was spacious and very comfortable, as was the bed. Although close to the airport, noise from planes was not an issue. One of the best features was the breakfast buffet, for an additional charge of 17.50 euros. It was copious and varied, so we deemed it worth the charge for a great start to the day. The only down side was the fact that that the air conditioning didn't seem to be operating properly in some rooms, but I was actually comfortable the whole time. A hair dryer and coffee maker were in each room. In fact, we had an efficiency apartment. The microwave oven didn't work, which I reported in leaving. The bathroom included a full tub with shower. All in all, it was very nice, and I wouldn't mind staying there again if I needed to be near the airport. It was easy to purchase a Paris Visite ticket in the train station adjoining the airport nearby, which covered all train, bus, and subway travel for however many days were needed, and the ride into Paris proper took about 45 minutes. The hotel is quite convenient to the Paris stadium, just a few train stops away.

Room tip: We were on the third floor, and there were no problems.
