“Don't let waitress rip you off by adding tip!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 28, 2014

We are from US so waitress knew we didn't speak a French. After spilling red wine over my husbands shirt, and never even acknowledging it, never coming back to table after we got food to see if we wanted water or if food was OK she brought bill. She said something in a French ot my husband, which my husband did not understand. We realized later she added A 15 per cent tip to the bill! We've been in a France for 2 weeks and never had such a ride waitress, and to boot she added a tip for herself knowing full well my husband did not understand what she was doing.

“Great find near airport hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 21, 2014

We ate here on our last night in France. We were at the end of a Grand Circle tour, staying at the (wonderful) Novatel by the CDG airport, a short walk away. One can sit outside or in. It was busy but our service was just fine and the food delicious. Great onion soup, veal, and beef.

“Very good value for money”

Very good food. Reasonable pricing. It is a bit crowded and noisy, though good stmosphere. Bit slow service and seating, and that could be because of trade show.

“Good village place”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 4, 2014

We ate at this place the night before our flight back. We were staying in a horrible hotel and not in a great mood where we walked over. The restaurant changed all of that. The food was good and for France inexpensive. The goat cheese appetizer was well prepared. My entree was a bit over cooked but the flavor was good and my husband raved about the scallops. A bottle of wine and some cognac made a bad day much better. Merci.

“Nice surprise”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 28, 2014

We were staying at the Holiday Inn prior to our flight back to the States. Not wanting hotel food we decided to walk to the nearby village and happened upon this restaurant. As previously mentioned the service was slow however I attribute this to French atmosphere vs fast paced life in the USA. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I had the orange duck which was on par with the larger restaurants in Paris. My husband had the fish and chips and the fish was fresh and not greasy. My daughter had the pasta with scallops and chorizo which was fabulous as well. I highly recommend the five minute stroll from the airport hotels to have a pleasant meal!
