after trip in paris which so tiring.. we goto the hotel with roissy bus and after free shuttle. the shuttle can be found at terminal 2. quite hard to find so we have to call the hotel.we wait for 15minutes..there is all other hotel bus. but marriot bus is special for the hotel so thats great we dont have to wait bus deliver people to other hotel. from the airport it took less than 10minutes driving. the lobby hotel was nice and clean big space. the room was quite big and prop. the bathroom just normal. they only offer shampoo and soap.there is no toothbrush like other expensive hotel. the food in the resto was excellent..lasagna and marriot salad with crab asperge soo good.more than what we expected. the breakfast just normal but better than other airport hotel. we would like to come back stay there again..great deal with many promo site. better than stay in direct airport hotel. very worthed and great service.

We spent our final night of a 6 week European holiday at the Marriott CDG and had no complaints. We did not experience any of the issues others have complained about, quite the opposite really. Our well appointed room was quiet with no road noise and we found all the staff to be excellent. Staff were keen to chat and assist if they could. We ate a delicious dinner in the restaurant and would order the same meal again. The shuttle worked brilliantly for us. Our only issue was with the taxi driver not knowing the difference between Roissey en France and Roissey Pole. He kept circling other hotels looking for the Marriott until he asked a bus driver. Nothing to do with the hotel just the taxi driver. We would definitely stay at the Marriott CDG again and most likely will next year.

Stayed here on business for three nights. Good standard of hotel as you would expect with Marriott. Good accommodation, nice reception and bar area, great breakfast. The hotel was full on the first night and the staff struggled to cater at breakfast, however based on past visits this is unusual.

Spent our last night here rather than contend with traffic from the centre of Paris. Very convenient to CDG airport. Very inflated price for an airport hotel; likely due to some event at the same time. Room was nicely appointed; typically Marriott. Very quiet for being so close to an airport. General hotel service was ok; but we found several shortfalls with this site. They had a self-serve canteen next to the front desk. Just select your items and you could pay there or charge them to your room. Would have been nice if all of the items were priced, rather than keep asking. During the night it had rained. While it was raining we were awakened with a constant drip of water coming through the ceiling onto the window sill. Several towels were needed to dampen the sound and absorb the water. Although included in our room price, breakfast was phenominally expensive. Why??? It made no sense There were long waits for food items to be replenished and the food was not the quality one would expect for the price. All of the fruit trays seemed to be filled with stewed fruit dumped from cans. This should have been better; but as long as you are only there for the room (and not the food) you will do ok.

Shuttle service from/to the airport was good. I have read that there have been some issues; but for us it worked without incident.

I would stay again if the price was right; but would prefer a room without the breakfast, and maybe bring my own food.

Room Tip: To avoid the leaky roof, ask for a lower level room.

Room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, but entirely too expensive. Had some good small chocolate croissants. Front desk staff was very good. Good location close to the airport. We didn't hear any airport noise as in previous reviews. The hotel has its own airport shuttle. However, the shuttle we took was just a van; and, therefore, not everyone trying to get to the airport was able to fit on our run. People were left behind and told that another shuttle would depart in 15 minutes. That's not what you want to hear when you are trying to make a flight. We had already been waiting for 15 minutes.

When I went to take a shower, there was no hot water. We called the front desk; and they said it was a hotel-wide problem and it would be fixed in 5 minutes. I tried the water again in 5 minutes; but it was still cold. We went down for breakfast and came back up. By that time, the hot water was fixed. It's strange to have this problem at a big chain hotel. In order to compensate their customers for the inconvenience, some type of good faith effort would have been appreciated, even if it was just free coffee at breakfast. We were told that we had to have the buffet breakfast and couldn't order ala carte. Buffet was too expensive (22 Euros per person). Capuchinno was terrible. Tasted like luke-warm milk.

Dinner was also terrible and very expensive. I ordered the rib eye steak; and it was tasteless, tough and dry. The mashed potatoes tasted like dehydrated potatoes. A young serviceman at the next table also ordered the rib eye and had the same experience. Service at the restaurant was very bad. The young serviceman was practically ignored. It became a source of laughter among us guests.

I would not recommend the hotel. Our taxi driver had a hard time finding it. We went round and round trying to locate it while the meter kept running. I don't know if it's not a popular hotel or if no one arrives by taxi. Perhaps everyone takes the hotel shuttle from the airport. We, however, came in from the train station.

CDG is by most people's reckoning a strange airport, and some of that extends to the hotels there. Finding the shuttles to those hotels is bad enough. The Marriott is among the more expensive of the offerings and is away in the hotel enclave. Rooms are ok but not much more than that, and the atmosphere average. There is a lot of aircraft noise which is odd. The real issue is the shuttle back - turns out you cannot get one from the Marriott to T1, they take you to T2 and the airport train so there is more baggage handling etc. Not a great service at all

I was very happy with the service I have received. Staff was very helpful, we did not have to worry about cabs to city centre and back, international call etc.
I needed a good access to the airport, as I had an early flight it was a perfect location. I had a bit of troubles with the hot water but it was sorted out straight away.
Can definitely recommend it!
