We booked this hotel for the final night of a 21 day cycling trip in France. Bus shuttle to/from CDG was a key, and was very good. Hotel itself is clean and modern. Good dinner in resturant. Major problem was room which (as it turned out) was above service entrance. They started loading laundry (wheeled arets on pavement) at 1:30 am and continued until after 2:30 am. Complaint to front desk was met with "Well, they have to do laundry sometime.". Letter to General Manager unanswered. Suspect room assignment was due to expedia booking.

Nice place, but wont stay again based on service/attitude.

Room Tip: Beware of either road noise or overlooking service/parking area.

By car it takes 5 minutes to reach the hotel from CDG airport. Location is very convenient just next to airport so it surprising to hear that shuttle bus service is bad. Despite of the airport location, the flight noise does not disturb at all during nightime.

Rooms are clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and huge. Extra points for this hotel because of the breakfast which opens at 05:30AM. This is good if you have early flight to catch.

Best Western Paris, CDG is a fine hotel, but the shuttle service to the airport is slow and unreliable. I waited for a shuttle for over 30 minutes and it was unclear which shuttle would take us there. When the shuttle came, it serviced so many hotels that it was completely jammed. The next day I waited about as long for a shuttle. When it came, it was full. I was in danger of missing my flight, so I walked next door to a hotel that was a the beginning of the pickup order.

The room was fine, but I won't stay here again because the point of a hotel near an airport is access to the airport. I probably could have stayed in Paris itself and gotten to the airport as quickly as I did from this location.

To improve the rating the hotel needs to alter the stop order, add its own shuttle, etc.

Stayed here for 7 nights during a business trip to Paris.

The hotel is located in a "hotel village" kind of place, and there are many other hotels around. Best Western CDG is closer to the main road, rather than deep inside the village. There's a shuttle bus known as the "Black Bus" serving this hotel (and a few other hotels), transporting guest to and from airport (RER Roissypole station). However, because this hotel is the last stop to and from the airport, we usually alight at the hotel across the street (save about 10 minutes going one big round in the village).

Room was clean and comfortable, room for 2 can actually accommodate 4 person (2 double bed + 5 big pillows). We booked 3 rooms and were given 3 connecting rooms. Wide selection of movies in room, and in room Wi-Fi was good. We did not opt for buffet breakfast, and glad that we didn't because there is a "Coffee-to-go" counter at the lobby, which serves hot drinks and nice pastries (croissant & chocolate rolls). We had that for 7 days and still craving for more!

Get a map from the reception, and you can find a few restaurant nearby - we tried Chinese and Japanese restaurant, decent food. Buffet dinner at the hotel's restaurant was good, wide selection of salads, meats, and dessert.

Hotel staffs were helpful and friendly, always response to our request almost immediately.

Caution though, this area is not completely safe even during the day. We heard of robbery case(s) during our stay, happened to girls walking alone on the street. There's a notice outside the hotel lobby asking guest not to wait for the shuttle bus outside the lobby, I guess that's why. So please do not wander alone!

Overall it was a great experience staying at the hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms away from the lift are quieter. Choose your bed configuration and they will fulfill your request.

We recently spent 1 night here prior to flying to US. The good things about the hotel were the clean rooms and friendly staff. Our main complaint was the value for what we paid. They gave us only 2 small pillows and nearly threadbare towels and the mattress was hard as a rock. There was one hand soap and bath soap and nothing else in the way of amenities such as shampoo, moisturizer lotion. At this time the hotel is the last stop on the circuit to and from the airport terminals. When we tried to board the bus to leave, it was completely full. But the doorman took us and another couple privately in the hotel van. Or we would have had to wait another 20 minutes for another maybe full bus. We were very thankful for that.
