We stayed at this property just one night for a layover on our way back home.
The bathroom was moldy,muggy and incredible smelly(sulfur). The walls very dirty and full of stains . The bottom of the door had peeled of paint and looked like it was expanding due to water damage. The carpet was filthy and had stains all over. The mattress had stains and the linens looked not clean either. The whole property looked not clean at all. The beds where incredible uncomfortable! We where tired and did not bother to look for another hotel but we could not check out fast enough! I cannot believe that this hotel is able to rent rooms in this condition! It was a very shocking experience!

We were put up here for the night by Air France and I must say this has been my worse experience in Paris. I hated leaving with this impression of such a beautiful place. When we checked in we asked if we could get a few toiletries as ours were back in our luggage at the airport awaiting our departure the following day. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t carry some toiletries in the event of situations like this. When I asked front desk if I could purchase them nearby, he sent me next door to another hotel and told me there would be a store there I could purchase them at, which was totally incorrect and I was sent on a wild goose chase for a toothbrush and paste. The food was buffet style which we had for dinner and breakfast the following day and it left much to be desired. Not appetizing to say the least. Actually you were made to be felt like a second class citizen and only able to sit at a designated area without place settings. The rooms were tiny which is to be expected. Twin beds, which were placed together by ourselves to make it a double. They only provided each guest one bath towel and when I asked housekeeping, who was right outside my room for another, she blatantly replied “No” without explanation. I then proceeded to the front desk to get 2 towels and although that staff was trying to be accommodating it was like an act of congress to get towels and we waited all through breakfast, then an additional 20 minutes for them to get housekeeping to comply with there request and get us the towels. I would highly NOT recommend a stay here, you definitely get what you pay for. Air France should be aware of how customers are treated and no longer use this hotel, they will be getting an earful as well.

Regarding the toiletries, we are now working on an automatic dispenser concept to be settled up near the reception for the guests in need.

Regarding the restaurant, we are sad to read that you didn't enjoy our buffet even we have a large choice of tasty meals and recipes with the starters, hot and desserts buffets. We have designated area for the Air France travellers who missed their flight connection because it's easier for our waiters to provide good service to them due to their late arrival time for dinner.

For the towel issue, we met the person who had bad behavior to you and we apology for this.

We stay at your disposal to discuss about it.

Why stay here when there are so many decent hotels easier to get to from the CdG airport? Long queue checking in, then keycard didn't work, back to reception. TV didn't work. Back to reception. Hallways smelled of fusty damp carpet. My colleague found 4 cockroaches in his room. Day 2 - keycard didn't work again. TV turned on by itself at 01:30 int he morning. Breakfast - no cups for coffee, no spoons, dirty floor and sides. Evening buffet - grey, limp, unappetising food, flavourless and well below average. All this for €164 a night - small room, shower holder bust, bath stained. At least the bed was comfortable, room too hot - opening the window you get a lot of noise from the airport and the motorway. Never again.

Room tip: Choose a room at one of the other nearby hotels instead.

Anthony from the bar staff was highly accommodating and cooperative, he made the experience not only fun and enjoyable, but also professional. The rooms were small, but, comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to a friend.

Very good and excellent service at the bar especially from Anthony and Florian . I am deeply impressed by their passion in work and will definitely recommend my friend to this hotel. Restaurant food is delicious. Room is clean as well.
