Couldn't early check in after 7 hour overnight flight. Staff helpful and pleasant but seemed overwhelmed at times. Rooms clean but microscopic. Received confusing info from driver and different front desk agents about latest shuttle times back to hotel.Taxi drivers almost to the man refused to take us there from terminal 2 at 1130pm because at 10 euros it was not worth leaving a three hour wait in line for a better fare into Paris.

Well located reasonably priced hotel but lacks service. Check in needs more staff especially when tour groups arriving. Front desk staff shouldnt be answering phones ahead of dealing with clients. Inspite of asking twice failed to provide soap for the shower or a kettle that worked. Woman at bar abrupt verging on rude.
Good location.

I cannot understand why airport hotels do not have early check-in. If I arrive at 7am, what am I supposed to do after a 24 hour trip from Australia? To get around this I had to book the night before, so that when I arrived I was actually on the second day of booking and could go straight in - not a cheap way to do it at all.
.
I stayed on the way into France and again two weeks later for the night before my flight home.
The room was ok, and as I was travelling alone I didn't mind the two single beds joined, but if you're a couple then that's pretty poor. I didn't use the tea or coffee and there's no fridge for you to store anything of your own (like there is in Australia - even in small hotels). I was disappointed that there weren't any English language tv stations - not even BBC or CNN for the news. Having air conditioning is great, though these days it shouldn't be a surprise, and you can open the two panel windows if you need.
.
The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant - one less thing to think about when you're jet-lagged, however, expecting you to know their "system" is a bit odd - please just explain it to people when they arrive - it's not hard.
.
Overall I got what I wanted - somewhere to sleep and somewhere to eat.

The hotel is located near to CDG Airport and is on ideal location. The rooms were very small but hygienic and clean. There was no separate table or almirah in room but there were few hangers in room where we can put cloths. Television didn't contain much english channels. Bathroom was clean and it contained basic toiletries. Over all the room was nice for sleeping. Buffet breakfast was also nice though they don't understand English and they should label breads as veg or non-veg.

Room Tip: Nice budget hotel

I stayed here on 27th May on business. Its cheap and there's a reason for that very clearly.

The room was okay and clean but..

coffee cheap and not very good
2 single beds pushed together
no toiletries ie shower gel
the shower holder fell off the wall
flushed the toilet and it didn't stop filling up of water all night
dinner aweful - half cooked gammon - no vegetables just dry rice
breakfast no hot option just fruit or croissants
service at desk appalling
the girl behind the bar is so miserable and full of negative attitude its unreal

I shall not be staying here again in honesty. If its one night its bearable but i certainly would not recommend anyone staying here for a longer period of time.

Room Tip: there are no good rooms id imgaine

Things started out poorly from the minute I walked through the door. There were 2 people working the reception desk and I was the 4th person in line; it still took 25 minutes for me to get checked in which seemed absurd. (Just a hint...if you arrive using the shuttle be sure to be the first one out of those doors and at the desk so you don't have an incredibly long wait). The room was very dirty and smelly! I found the room to be so uncleanly that I slept on top of the linens in my clothes and used my own blanket. I couldn't picture being cocooned in that bed after how dirty the room was. I was awoken at 6:55am to the sound of jack hammering (either that or it was the loudest clanging pipes I've ever heard!) Please do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague!

Stayed at this airport hotel for the night. Booked two rooms and both room very small - no room for luggage, which surprised us as its in the airport village. Rooms were dark and not particularly clean. Advertised Wifi yet couldn't get it in the rooms only down the hallway. Had three lifts but only one working so you can image the hassle in the morning when everyone checking out at the same time. Took 30 minutes to check out and approx. 30 to wait for the lift. No trolley for luggage, again surprised me considering the type of hotel and where hotel it is.
Dinner was very poor and again had to wait at least 10 minutes in line for the bill. Breakfast again was poor choice.
Have travel for over 40 years and this is the worst airport hotel ever. I certainly would not recommend it. Not cheap either

Room Tip: I would not recommend this hotel
