“Not good service”

As a crew i need to have laundry service and in this hotel they don't have express service but even though they have after 24hours service.They don't respond on the phones when you call from the room and the breakfast is full of asian food....

After 2 weeks of driving though France, we opted to return our car early and RELAX during our last afternoon/evening at the Hyatt Regency. Excellent hotel, the best fitness center ever and gorgeous rooms. The staff is highly professional and friendly. We chose to eat dinner in the bar; the menu was good and we prefer the more casual atmosphere. Both the bar and the more formal restaurant are in an open atrium. We would most def stay here again if flying in or out of Paris. The shuttle was convenient and organized going to the various terminals of a huge airport.

We had planned to spend our last night out at the airport since our check-in was mid morning. The Hyatt had a good value option on their website. We were very pleased with the high standard of the room. The staff were very pleasant and check-in was efficient and quick. Our rooms were of a high standard. The bed was large and very comfortable. The shower pressure could have been higher, but the bathroom was spacious and pleasant. The in-house restaurant was pleasant. It is really the only option if you don't have a car, as the hotel is fairly isolated from other options. However the in-house option is reasonable. Prices aren't too steep, noting it is Paris. We had a very enjoyable dinner. The staff were excellent.

Wow! Great service at check-in, upgraded to club floor, personal hand-written note welcoming me to my room with a fresh apple pastry next to it, comfy robes and bed, clean room, big tub, nice toiletries, quiet, air conditioner worked perfectly. It was a restful stay overnight before my flight back to the states. The hotel looked beautiful when I entered, every bit as expected for a Hyatt Regency. Some of the posts I read before I arrived sounded disappointed and I was a bit concerned about my stay. The staff must have been alerted because it was first rate. Note - free shuttle to and from airport. If arriving at CDG, ask for Hyatt shuttle stop location at airport information desk when you land. The location for the informations desk is located on maps in baggage claim areas. It was pretty easy. Note- I have a Hyatt credit card and used my yearly 'free night' for this stay.

Room Tip: Interior facing room was nice.

Very convinient if you are here for few days and need to be close by airport.
Most of the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The only barrier can be - strong french accent from some of them.
Rooms are very clean and very neat. Some of the rooms doesnt have a bath inside bathroom but only shower corner. Best rooms - corner one.
Huge minus from my side - no electrical plugs next to bed side tables. Really inconvient to keep your phone next to me and at the same time keeping charging.
Gym and pool facilities are good however to reach it you have to walk thru open air. Its in next building. Which means, you might get easily sick when you are going to/from. Lack of design. Thats why I am not using those facilities.
Food is good.
Free shuttle services to nearest mall and airport provided.

Room Tip: corner rooms, and before you book the rooms make sure they do have bath inside bathroom.

This is a pleasantly appointed property and has the standard Hyatt vibe and feel, which is really nice. But how property management manages problem solving is a hallmark that differentiates good from great. The air conditioning clearly did not work after we had been in the room for awhile. The engineer couldn't fix it. Later we found out the air was out in the whole side of the building. We were offered an opportunity to change to the other side of the building, but we were just too tired to pack up and move. So instead, they provided a private car to take us to the airport in the morning.
I have long been a fan of Hyatt Regency and my loyalty is obviously warranted. Good job, Hyatt!

I often have cause to stay near CDG airport and the Hyatt is my number one choice in the area. The hotel has a modern good quality feel about it. sound proofing is better than many which is important when this close to a major airport. Service is good and efficient but best of all is the buffet meal availability which is fine enough to make a French man happy and yet quick and easy enough to make an American happy too. As an Englishman with French heritage, I think the food is good for hotel food and makes it unnecessary to go looking for French fine dining, although of course if you have time and are not on a business schedule you really should go into the city but it's a long journey.
