10 mins away from Paris Charles de Gaulle, surrounded by other hotels, such as Marriott, Novotel, ibis etc.
You will find a small supermarket (Casino petite) , few Restaurants here...Carrefour is about 30 mins drive...

Check in was quick and efficient. All rooms have balcony(so nice for smokers) ;) , separate WC, shower and bath. A nice extra is that all rooms have a small kitchenette with microwave oven, stove, grocery and space to prepare your own meal. The breakfast is 25 € , so not. Bad idea to cook your own egg Benedict yourself ;) . The bed is very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. Hugh LG flat screen with international channels. if you sleep with open window, the noise of the close by airport won't give you any sleep, but with closed windows you almost hear nothing...

Enjoyed my short stay here and look forward coming back !

The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. That would have been forgiveable but when I called reception about it, I was told the hotel was brand new and non-smoking. That may be, I said, but there's an ashtray on the balcony and that was no hallucination. I was told in a chilly tone, with no apologies, that I was welcome to come down to reception to arrange a room change, and for my efforts was treated like a "difficult" customer. We then lugged our suitcases to the new room ourselves. The second room was smoke- free, clean, and comfortable with all the modern amenities including a kitchen
area, but no mini-bar. Room service was outrageously expensive -- off-setting any savings on the room -- and did not include breakfast, but the hotel offers a quite good buffet-style breakfast in a restaurant lobby. The real highlight were the superb mojitos at the bar -- despite the truly bizarro 70's disco-style decor. The only reason we chose this hotel was because we had an early morning flight out of CDG the next day, but I wish we had booked the Sheraton at terminal 2. There was free shuttle service to the airport but we ended up taking a cab because the buses were not coming every 10 minutes as promised.

This hotel was the last stop of a lengthy European vacation. The hotel itself is great to look at. The lobby and the rooms were clean, tasteful and modern. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and the furnishings therein. There was lots of counter space in the bedroom and in the bathroom. The TV was the biggest we had during our entire trip, although we didn't spend too much time watching it. The free shuttle from the airport/train station to the airport was convenient as it saved us from taking a costly cab ride from downtown Paris back to Roissy. Now to the negatives. Although we weren't in the receiving end of this rudeness, we witnessed a staff member being quite rude to another guest as we were waiting to check in. Another staff member was just sitting at check in being completely dismissive to the line of people building behind us. Remembering many of the reviews here, I thought "oh my god, they're right". But they seemed to be the minority as every other person there was quite pleasant and helpful. When we go back to Paris, we won't be coming back to this hotel but it's not to bad if you're looking for a place near CDG airport.

What's wrong with this hotel?  NOTHING!
We were a bit anxious with some of the terrible reviews, but everything went smoothly.  It seems this hotel has suffered some growing pains in its first year of business.  But everything seemed to have been ironed out on August 19 when we checked in.  Check-in was fast and the staff was very polite.  We arrived at a quiet time, and the limo driver turned into the bus boy who took our luggage to our room which is beautifully air-conditioned.  We have just spent 2 weeks in southern France which is suffering through the worst heat wave in a long time.  Our train from Bordeaux took us to CDG where we expected it to be somewhat cooler.  It wasn't!  We did some laundry in the hotel's laundry room as we are flying to Sweden the next day for a 2-week stay.  A word to the wise: the dryer cooks clothing, when you stop it things are still wet or damp, however there is an electric towel rack in the luxurious bathroom that has an elegant shower that almost requires a PhD in plumbing to work.  We had dinner in the hotel Brasserie. The food was good, and as one would expect in a hotel where one is a captured guest, expensive.  We were seated in a quiet corner in a sparsely populated dining room.  The hostess seated a family with 2  extremely obnoxious, out of control children 2 tables down from us---not a very thoughtful choice on her part.  We moved immediately to another quiet corner and continued with our dinner.  There's a bar which also serves some of the food offered by the dining room, should you wish a more mature atmosphere. This hotel is unusually quiet for one so close to a major airport.  We heard no planes, nor any noise in the halls. Amazing! A thoroughly satisfactory and enjoyable stay.

We were nearly 3 months in Italy and France and were quite tired of travels and decision making after such an extended time. We booked into a relatively new hotel near CDG airport and were a bit apprehensive after reading so many negative reviews. What a surprise., The check in went very smoothly. We had a young French/American woman that helped us and she was so friendly and helpful. She is a rather new employee and we were very impressed,.

We had an end room, so a great view (room 136) and very private balcony. The room was really beautiful. A king bed, desk top along one entire wall, a kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom had a great shower, separate tub, lots of counter space at the sink and even a separate room for the toilet.

There is very good sound insulation. We heard absolutely no noise from planes, hall corridor, slamming doors!

The spa and pool are not complete. Once this has been finished it should add even more value to a stay. Having a massage before boarding a long flight is fabulous.

We also ate at the hotel restaurant and it was very good. We will come back.

Room Tip: Room 136 is a corner room and has a nice open feeling.

Although the hotel rooms are nice and comfortable the people at the front desk are always rude. It takes long time to check in. Sometimes they just leave you alone and start checking in other people with no reason.

We ended our recent trip to France with a very enjoyable night at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, with a full-size shower (with doors !). We found a deal online for 99 Euros for the night including parking. You don't need to spend 20 Euros per person for breakfast if you don't want to. We found that a very pleasant 10 minute walk brings you to a business area full of shops and restaurants. We bought juice, fruit, bread and then made coffee in the machine provided in the room. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.
