“Perfect stay.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 14, 2012

We stayed at this hotel on a budget holiday, what can I say, it was clean, tidy, we'll presented and staff were friendly and helpful...... Would defiantly go back and stay again. It is close to the airport and flight path, but is very well insulated and heard very little noise.

It is very convenient to CDG airport and the it has good shuttle service back and forth from it. It is really designed to be a short-term residence place so the rooms are suites. In fact it is called an Aparthotel on its signage. It is set up like an apartment complex. We were given a room on the third floor of one of the buildings and had to lug our luggage up with no help available (no elevators). The bedroom. the only part important to us, was ok but not set up for luggage. Breakfast which is extra was minimal with no whole grain bread and Kraft-like cheese but a decent cereal. However, there are no convenient options for breakfast since it is a bit of walk (though not bad if you have time) to the town where you might find a bakery open in the morning but you might not. It was a pleasant walk to get supper but several blocks away which felt very safe with my husband and the choices were ok but not great. A walk several blocks away is the only option for supper. I would be comfortable walking through the area by myself at night but other women by themselves might not. But the price was good while there is a Sheraton right at the airport and with a restaurant, I am sure it is quite a bit more expensive. One more thing: we were very tired arriving at the airport and I didn't have info about the shuttle bus from the airport provided for free by the hotel so we got a cab who had difficulty finding it because it wasn't on GPS! It is somewhat new, but not that new. It is located before getting to the little village where other newer hotels and apartments are located.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the first floor if you have luggage that is heavy.

I was on my own with 2 young children and the transfer bus system both from the airport to the hotel and the return were AWFUL - we waited over 2 hours at the airport and then in the morning despite being booked on a specific transfer we were bumped off just because other passengers got to the bus first!
The hotel itself was clean and tidy and very comfortable - what you would expect for an overnight stay or 2 - but really no longer. The staff were not that helpful either and I was stressed and disappointed.

Nothing special about this place, just an airport hotel. Lots of marks on the walls, cigarette burns in the couch, stains on the mattress. But I think the sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable enough. Fridge and other appliances worked. The internet was worse than dial-up--I opted to pay the international rate for 3G on my phone so that I could actually load a page. The hotel is made up of several buildings so once you've checked in you still need to hike across the grounds to get to your building. Somehow our room managed to be in the building furthest away from reception, up a flight of stairs. I absolutely despise their keycard system. If you need to have a model of a door at reception in order to demonstrate to guests how to unlock the room door, the problem is with the hotel and not the guests.

We had three adults and I was happy with the space. I was on the pullout bed in the living room and would have preferred to have the bathroom accessible to the living area, not just through the bedroom, disturbing my friends in the middle of the night.

The staff was helpful enough, they called us a cab and answered other questions. However, it took 2 phone calls and an hour of wasted time to finally get a hotel shuttle to pick us up. We watched numerous shuttles for other hotels in the area swing by every 10 minutes. The morning we checked out we had a 7:40 AM flight, but the shuttle doesn't start until 5:52 AM, requiring us to pay 20+ EUR for a taxi to the airport.

In the end, you get what you pay for, and we did. I don't regret staying here but would find another hotel next time.

Not enough towels, no top sheet, hard to figure out the shuttle to the airport. We had to wait an hour in the rain for the shuttle bus. My wife, 2 daughters (ages 6 and 1), and our friend were very unhappy with our stay here. The room was very basic and not very clean upon our arrival. The wifi never worked, and in general we were displeased.

Room Tip: Find a different hotel.

A nice, modern property in Roissy adjacent to CDG. A good value at $82 per nite for two, for a suite with full kitchen. Wish planes didn't scream overhead 24/7. But that's CDG. The room was clean, modern & comfortable. The staff seems helpful, but is a little ragtag. Adjacent to a cute little village with most every amenity, except gas. So refill your rental before you get here.
