The hotel was superb, very nice and excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help especially the night staff Oliver who answered any questions we had during our trip and recommended places to go and things to do, including a lunch time cruise along the river sienne, very nice. Great trip would definately go back again. Location was good as quiet and felt very safe and only a short walk to the metro. Great

I’ve never experience such great customer service with a spice of modernist. Oliver the hotel’s receptionist aided us through our whole trip. He helped us find bars, clubs and great affordable restaurant. Every time we needed a cab he placed the call and made reservation. They also provide “wake up calls”, so we had personal alarm clocks! They also included complimentary breakfast, so saved a great deal. I would recommend this place to everyone! ~Sophy

This hotel and it's friendly helpful staff go the extra mile to make your stay the best. It was a family trip with 6 of us 2 with coeliac and milk allergy and a son requiring French listening practice for his GCSE. The staff went out of their way to converse slowly in French for my son and by the end of the weekend he had a 20 minute 'chat' with a stranger in French, made possible by the confidence building the staff did. You never left or arrived at the hotel without being acknowledged and advice was plentiful, concern given that breakfast was suitable for our coeliac daughters, restaurants were booked for us and detailed information on things to do and where to go. The value is excellent with exceptionally clean rooms with Air conditioning, TV, toiletries and towels. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. will we return? definately should you go? definately....

We booked this hotel as the ratings were good on trip advisor. We were not disappointed. The hotel was excellent value for money, rooms was a bit small, however modern, clean and welcoming. The service from staff was brilliant, especially Oliver who was very helpful and friendly. I have never written a review for a hotel before, however I believe it was well deserved. PS there is a halal takeaway less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel ( past the pharmacy and bank). There is parking available two streets away if you are driving. The metro is around a 10 minute walk from the hotel which will get you all over Paris. You won't be disappointed.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at hotel Vivaldi from the 7th to 10th of April. Although the rooms are very small they are 5 star in quality and finish. The bed was very very comfy and the room had everything we needed. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Oliver, who took his time finding us a perfect restaurant in central Paris and always advised us on things to do. The continental breakfast is great, you can ask to have it bought to your room at a chosen time and chose preferred drinks etc, they always came exactly on time and were very friendly. I can't fault the cleanliness or any facilities of this hotel. The walk to the metro really isn't that bad, we never timed it because it seemed so short, and it is on a very convenient line.

We went to Paris with our daughter for her birthday and chose the Vivaldi due to the tripadvisor reviews. I fully support all the great reviews most people leave here, the staff are very, very nice and did all they could to make our stay excellent. Special mention goes to Oliver, the receptionist, he is amazing. The room was fine too, the bed was comfortable, and I also liked the fact that I could make international calls without charge, Wifi was free, everything was perfect. Just slightly far to walk for the nearest tube station (around 10 to 15 minutes), but you soon get used to it and the cost of the hotel, plus all the nice features make you forget that part - besides, the time spent walking is compensated by the convenient line connections. Will be happy to return to the Vivaldi on our next trip to Paris.
