Where else in the world do you need to knock on glass wall because the door to the reception is locked and the receptionist needs to walk there and press the exit button so you can enter to even start checking in?Scenario: 11PM after a hot summer day walking around Paris. We were given the keys, were assigned room 414, great! We were told to walk to the other building, yes the hotel has two buildings. Key would not work, but another guest pressed the exit button from the inside so we can enter. Went to 4th floor, there is no room 414. Went back to the other building to tell the staff (he is black and bald, I didn't get his name) that there is no room 414 there because rooms start at 421. He did not believe it, he went with us to the other building so we walked again. He went with us to the 4th floor of the other building, then we were able to show him that there is no room 414 there. Great again! When we returned to the main building, he found out that he could not get in, because, remember what I said ealier about the door? Yes, it is locked. He knocked at the glass walls like I did earlier, then his colleague pressed the exit button so we can all enter. We went up to the 4th floor of the main building and voila, room 414 was there! Then there's the other problem. He gave us "swipe" keys but the door only accepts contactless keys. I went down to reception again to ask for contactless keys. I pointed at the glass box containing used keys to emphasize that I need contactless keys. He told me that the swipe key should work and because he did not believe me, he went with me to room 414. Then he realised his fault and I told him I didn't want to go back down again. He went to get the correct keys. By this time, it is already 11:33pm and we were really tired. I'm a Gold LCAH member but no welcome drink was offered and seriously, I didn't really bother asking for it. WHAT A DISASTER!

Had a four night stay in this hotel. I cannot complain. Service was great from start to finish. Highly recommended as RER A line just next to hotel.

The privilege suites are regularly serviced and restocked.

Worse hotel room in Paris. Need a lot of refreshments.
Carpet is so old that you can not take of your shoes.
178 € 1 night
You rather take rer A Line in opposite direction of Paris to get better hotels.

I was asked to pay early check-in for arriving at 10.00 a.m. 40 EUR per chamber although told it is free&ready. Very noisy (train passes underneath or still very close). Water was not hot for shower although tap water was. Breakfast not a nice experience. Lift was working only from first floor. Very cold in the room with no possibility to make it warmer. At 9 o’clock they were making much noise with some reparation.
Do not offer restaurant for dinner.

Hotel is not centrally located, we were told by our guide that it is within the business district. If you plan to visit the tourist spots, it maybe a little distance away but the subway station is just a stone throw away so you can conveniently navigate using the train. It has a convenience store, pizza place, a few restaurants and subway store just outside the hotel which is convenient if you need anything from the outside. We had dinner at the hotel, food was ok. We got substantial servings. Breakfast is ok, nothing extraordinary.

Other than that, i cannot give any other good points. Our room was not so clean. Stayed for 2 nights and yet the rest of our stay, the room was always looking gloomy, grim and dirty. It was cold inside the room, temperature cannot be efficiently adjusted. As expected in Paris, room was rather small especially with your luggages. You cannot walk comfortably if your bags are inside as the space is really cramped.

The staff’s lack of attention to the needs of the guests is something to improve on. He looks like he is irritated to be bothered by any guest asking about any details regarding going around the city. Does not want to call a taxi for us when we were going to the airport, so i booked it myself through Uber. Hope their service would improve.
