I booked a stay with booking.com. There was a mistake with the booking due to a refresh issue with my browser and YES I booked the wrong date. However, within minutes this situation could have been resolved. But no. Total rudeness by all the staff both on the phone and when I stayed at the hotel. As a regular customer of IBIS I know what to expect at the various IBIS properties, some of which are very very good. However this property was appalling even for a Budget Hotel.
As an ex-hotelier myself I would strongly advise that IBIS change the management of this property and invest in some basic training. Its supposed to be the 'hospitality business'
