We have stayed there for only 1 night with our 7months twins and have really enjoyed the place. The superior room is a standard Novotel room so no suprises there. When the baby bed was installed we still have place to move around.
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the Versailles castle, thus not really next door.
The breakfast was good and standard Novotel.
Overall a good stay.

This was a beautiful hotel with perfect amenities for families and business. The service was friendly and helpful. A 15 minute walk to the fantastic market in Versaille, and just a little further to the Chateau -- I recommend spending more time in the city, though!

The room was a decent size and well laid out. All new and very clean. I wish all Novotels in France were like this!

Excellently located hotel with a warm welcome about 10 minutes easy walk along tree-lined avenue to the beautiful Chateaux. The hotel had excellent efficient and friendly reception desk service for information and any needs. Very good breakfast service responsive to special requests such as 'de-caf' coffee. Hot and cold buffet style which was simple and substantial with plent of it and good choice. Room was quite and comfortable. Clean and crispy sheets and comfy duvet for a great night's sleep. It was a wonderful choice of hotel for the celebratory weekend graduation with the OU.

Stayed for one night en route to South of France.

on the plus side. easy to find and parking. Friendly staff throughout the hotel.
A brisk 10 minute or 15 minute leisurely stroll to the town centre, and palace.

nothing special about the rooms, clean but a little a tired.
Did not take dinner in the hotel, so cannot comment on the restaurant.
However was not impressed by the breakfast. We took the 13 euro breakfast for convenience, but scrambled eggs made from some kind of mix not eggs. OK for guests who are happy with a continental breakfast only.

Only real downside for was that the hotel is on quite a busy road so sleeping with the window open is not an option.

We stayed there for one night, to visit the Versailles Castle. We were able to leave our car in their parking lot for over 24 hours for 11 Euros, which was very convenient. We could walk from the hotel to the Castle in less than 10 minutes, grabbing few snacks on the way at a convenient store right in the corner. We had excellent dinner the night we arrived, although service was a bit slow. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh bread and butter pastries, delicious yogurts, fresh fruit salads, wild mushroom casserole. Maybe it is because I have been living in the States for 9 years now, and got used to sub-standard food in similar grade hotels, but it was a nice surprise to see the hotel staff take so much pride in serving a delicious, fresh breakfast. Staff at reception was very kind and helpful. The only concern, although it was fine for us, was the absence of air conditioning. We opened the windows and got some fresh air in the room, so it was fine for us. But the weather was not very hot either. Will stay again.

Room Tip: One street is quiet than the other. Make sure you mention which side you want to be.
