Stopped off here en route to Italy skiing. Easy to find. Good central location, close to the shopping area, with secure parking (an extra). Very helpful staff. Had good night’s sleep in a medium sized room, with a large bathroom (!) overlooking a small courtyard. Bed was very comfy and the room was very quiet. Wifi excellent.

The restaurant was expensive and the food average. This has been commented on previously. However, we had a good walk around the town and did not find anything else that took our fancy (that said we might have missed the perfect restaurant as our search was not exhaustive). Found a few reasonable down market options e.g. Pizza but nothing that looked as sophisticated or with as interesting a menu. There were local people dining, who appeared to be regulars. Later on in our trip we stayed several nights in this region and the fact is eating out around here is more expensive than other parts of France. A main course and a decent bottle of wine is going to cost 100 euros even in a mid scale establishment. In conclusion the hotel is pricing for the local market.

We took the express breakfast (coffee, juice, bread and croissant basket) at 6.50 Euros, and would highly recommend, if you don’t want the full buffet.

Would stay again. The overall impression is that the staff are striving for excellence and who can knock that.

I did stay multiple times at the Hotel and was always satisfied.
There are different rooms that mainly have different sizes. The single rooms are pretty small and I would recommend to use the “Tradition” at least.
The furniture is very nice and the beds are very comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent and all products are of high quality.

Really lovely hotel. Wished we had stayed longer. The value was super, as were the staff, rooms, and restaurant. Would stay here again without a doubt. Also enjoyed walking around the town and down to the river.

We stopped over at the Hotel Le Saint-Georges on the way back from the Alps. Had a lovely family room for the 4 of us. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent and the service top notch. Our room was at the front of the hotel looking over the railway station. Secure parking at the back of the hotel. Highly recommended. Hotel is almost exactly 400miles from the Tunnel Sur La Manche making it a good place to break IMHO.
