We wanted to get a 3 stars restaurant experience and this definitely lived up to our expectation. Although the "menu degustation" seemed quite traditional on paper, we found it full of surprises during the degustation. From the endless plate of amuse-bouche to perfect chaud froid de langoustines and the amazing ris de veau and desserts. This was just fantastic. The wine arrangement was very well chosen and the service flawless. We had a amazing time. The only low point: we were too full at the end of the meals to enjoy the finishing sweet or even have a tea or a coffee.
We stayed at the hotel as well and had a very stay there too.
