We booked this house at the very last minute, the day before leaving home, George the owner was very helpful and finding, enquiring, booking and paying was all done in a few hours, the ferry discount was an added bonus. The property was in good order although if I'm being picky the lounge furniture is tired - not an issue for us as we didn't plan to sit indoors having been blessed with perfect 30 degree plus weather. Nice garden, quiet except for many birds continually singing, we cycled, walked and kayaked our way all round the peninsular and Golf du Morbihan. We're a couple but with three bedrooms the house is big enough for a family, nearest sandy beach 20 mins by bike or 10 mins by car, boulangerie in Le Tour-du-Parc village 5 mins by car, supermarkets 5 mins by car towards Sarzeau
My husband and I have recently returned from our stay at Mimosa. Having been led to believe it had WIFI we were annoyed that it did not actually work and no effort was made to get it working. The kitchen is well equipped but the house needs redecoration and lounge furniture renewal and the downstairs toilet malfunctions. On arrival it was superficially clean and needs a good spring clean to remove the dust and cobwebs. I would have thought it would be cleaner at the start of the season especially as a charge of €50 is made for cleaning. We have been to much better places .
