A wonderful and characterful hotel with a charming courtyard . A haven of peace and tranquillity in a city centre location. We had a very comfortable room, enjoyed delicious breakfasts and were provided with really friendly and helpful service.

We stayed three nights in this lovely hotel which is in a great position in the church square in the heart of Roscoff

we stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it a lot. the staff was very friendly, the rooms were big and spacious. The location is great, in the center of town. We had a super breakfast and also a nice aperitif in the courtyard area. I loved the stay.
We stayed in a suite right on the water and were greeted by gulls on our window ledge. We had lots of room and we could walk in the old town. The breakfast was good and the service excellent. We were able to find street parking, although it was not peak season.
Why not a 5 rating? I defy anyone to actually sit in the new sofa. Your legs would have to be very long. The curtain mechanism was cheap, perhaps from the local IKEA. The breakfast room had a machine for making boiled eggs and no one seemed to master it, least of all because there was no timer. Why not just leave out some hard boiled eggs?
I wouldn’t discourage anyone from using the hotel. Just not a 5.

As you noticed it is a "new sofa" we were waiting to hear from our clients feedback, it's a shame you didn't enjoy it. He is in this room temporaly through. The curtains are certainly not from IKEA at all and it's not cheap either.
The egg machine allows people to make hard and HIGH boiled eggs it's a shame you couldn't master it. Next time ask one of the service lady they will be more than happy to help you you will see that it's nothing complicated.

Having an ocean view was fabulous, although you have to put up with peeping Toms (seagulls like to sit on the ledge and look in, hoping they'll get a snack). The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.
