“Stunning”
Reviewed December 17, 2012

Everything about the place was great. The Ferry trip over in the wind, the walk around the harbour, and then the long walk to the lighthouse, stopping for superb mussels and cider en route. The walk around the back (the ocean side) of the island was stunning. Lovely rural fields with a rough ocean as a backdrop. So pleased we went here!

“Attractive little island”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

The ferry trip from the main harbour in Roscoff is 8 Euros return and takes about 15 mins. Good service and there was no waiting required.
The two main attractions are the round island walk, which will take you 2-3 hours, and the Jardin Exotique, which has a 4 euro entry fee.
We had looked forward to eating in the creperie near the lighthouse, but it was closed.
The new restaurant near the harbour was a disappointment with poor service and limited choice of mediocre food.

“Well worth a day trip”
Reviewed October 18, 2012

Lovely island, a bit like being in cornwall. Botanical garden and church to visit, many extremely nice beaches. Visit on a sunny day - not somewhere to go when it is raining!

“Short Ferry Trip”
Reviewed October 14, 2012 via mobile

I Decided 2 Visit This Island On Friday Weather Was Superb Had A Look Round The Church Didn't Get 2c The Gardens Also Found Hardly Any Restaurants Open. I Did Find Quite A Few Sandy Beaches As In Some Previous Reviews The Lack Of Restraunts Open Could B Down 2 Time Of Year
