Our tour of the countryside was completed by a stop in Fougeres, France at Le Haute Seve, where we enjoyed a memorable evening. The decor is interesting, modern and quirky, and the food was quite delicious, presented beautifully by our amazing server Adrian. (not sure of the spelling of his name). Overall, quite delightful! We ordered three different fish entrees, each with a seasoning and vegetable enhancement. The deserts were also spectacular-the best ever creme brulee and an apple tart with fresh Granny Smith apple sorbet. I am in heaven!
