This small traditional french restaurant appears to be run by a couple with Monsieur cooking and Madame as Maitre'D. We were the only customers that night.
In addition to the printed menus, there were daily menus with just two courses and we decided on these.
We were served a delicious amuse-bouche of a small beef roll and a small mousse with our wine, a 2003 St Amour.
One chose faux fillet with mushrooms, dauphenoise potatoes and the other a chicken and foie gras slice with a large dish of grenouilles (frogs legs), rice and vegetables. We chose Tarte Tatin and a Tarte Citron for our second course.
Everything was delicious, well presented and sufficient. The beef was cooked as ordered and was tender. The desserts tasted as though they came from a good boulongerie or were home made. The bill came to €88.
