This little restaurant was a rather surprising find. Its menu was one of the most exciting of all the menus I read in Sarlat (which mostly consisted of duck-based dishes!). All of the ingredients were fresh, which really enhanced the flavours of the meal, and the presentation was fantastic.
The foie gras starter I ordered was potentially the best cooked (and best tasting) foie gras I have ever had. My one complaint about the meal is that the portion size were perhaps a bit too generous and I was not able to fit in dessert!
