In good weather, the garden provides one of the most attractive places to dine in Sarlat. The food is well prepared, solid traditional French cooking, tasty and attractive if not especially ambitious. Portions are on the generous side, and service is quite pleasant and even reasonably efficient, providing there's not too much chit-chat going on with the locals. The indoor rooms are attractively decorated, with perhaps just a touch of kitsch. That said, I liked the place, and would happily go back.
