Not your usual Alsatian choucroute shack. This is elegant, sophisticated, fabulous food. The chef, who is Japanese, serves a succession of amuse-bouches surprises accompanying each course throughout the meal. The service is formal and correct, but still quite congenial. The wine list has not only great Alsatian wines but breadth in other areas. When we left, we encountered another couple arriving. All we could say was, "Tres bon, tres, tres bon!" Compliments au chef!
