If you have a night to spend in Mulhouse this is definitely a good choice. Cheap, rooms with option for cooking. It is an older hotel and I definitely would not stay here more than a night or 2. You can walk into the old city (about 15 minutes) and there is good parking. The breakfast is from 7 till 9 and unlike some hotels, they keep replenishing the buffet even close to 9.

Stayed in appartcity Mulhouse for 4 nights, it was clean, comfortable beds, friendly receptionists, have stayed in appartcity before so now their business model, tram is just accross the road, Mulhouse Center is just 2 stops
pros: Polite staff, spacious room, private parking.
cons: Clean room except a stain on the carpet. Two lamps weren't working, an outlet was broken and wi-fi, although seemed in order, we couldn't connect. The vending machine was out of order.
We booked for 5 days at this place to visit the area. The room was large, very nice , with a kitchen well equiped, but with some dirty spots on the carpet. The parking is easy to acces, large and secure, for 12 E$. Breakfast was very good, and the WIFI steady. But we had a greath issue with the air conditioning that was not working at the end of may, and we slept with temperature at around 26-28c, we where sweaty. Also, we where awake in the middle of the night 2 am to 4 am, by people partying in the park near by, with their children, and it lasted a couple hours.....until police came.
Good size room and excellent view towards mountains. The dishwasher needed salt and didn't work on the 2nd day. Plus there was a dirty dish in the cupboard. But the staff were friendly and helpful. Otters in the river behind and a pleasant walk into town.
We booked 2 appartments and a studio for the night of March 02 2019.
At check-in my grand parents were asked to deliver their pasport to make a copy of it. I interfered as this is forbidden by European law since May 2018. Or at least they need to have the chance to block their civil service number.
I speak French (moderate) so I also adressed this to the receptionist in her mother language, French. She was clearly offended, started to give wrong excuses so I told her I am quite familiar with the law. Then she asked me to fill out my details on a white paper, but this was done in a very unfriendly manner. She even started to talk French very quickly (probably to have me not understanding anymore what she was saying..). A very absurd situation which was also noticed by my accompaning familly.
Tried to leave it as it was...
The appartment was really spacious, clean and very nice to spend a night with 2 adults and 2 children.
