Good size room and excellent view towards mountains. The dishwasher needed salt and didn't work on the 2nd day. Plus there was a dirty dish in the cupboard. But the staff were friendly and helpful. Otters in the river behind and a pleasant walk into town.

We booked 2 appartments and a studio for the night of March 02 2019.
At check-in my grand parents were asked to deliver their pasport to make a copy of it. I interfered as this is forbidden by European law since May 2018. Or at least they need to have the chance to block their civil service number.
I speak French (moderate) so I also adressed this to the receptionist in her mother language, French. She was clearly offended, started to give wrong excuses so I told her I am quite familiar with the law. Then she asked me to fill out my details on a white paper, but this was done in a very unfriendly manner. She even started to talk French very quickly (probably to have me not understanding anymore what she was saying..). A very absurd situation which was also noticed by my accompaning familly.
Tried to leave it as it was...
The appartment was really spacious, clean and very nice to spend a night with 2 adults and 2 children.

We staid for a night. The apartment was very clean and big. We had a sofa bed but without pillows, I had to go at night to ask for two but they only had one. The tv had only one channel and we couldn’t turn over. Over all it’s a good place to stay, location is good, the view it’s also very nice.

Underground car park, clean but minimalist rooms approx 10 mins from old town. Breakfast was basic but given what we paid was ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Didn’t think much of Mulhouse as a city so wont be returning. Would have given it 3.5 stars.

Very good for travelling with 2 kids as a short-stop , nice little appartment , 1 room with two singles and a comfortabel sofa-bed , an underground car park (unfortunately my landrover with rooftents didn't fit, max height 1.9 m ) very friendly female night clerk , one minor the girl doing the front desk and breakfast was rude , maybe she didn't have a good night rest other wise the reveiew would have been exellent

The pros: Budget price, decently equiped kitchen, convenient location. Average size room.
The cons: Some extras charged apart, included internet and parking. Small apartment. Small parking. Front desk not well served at night.
Did not try breakfast, so cannot say anything about.
