Worst experience in France. Restaurant was dark, loud, uncomfortable. Food was okay if you like big portions and heavy food.

Even worse was the owner and staff. Very unpleasant, unless you were a local. Basically, sit here, order fast, pay and get out.

Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere.

expensive and full on the meat side. its perhaps not their fault, but regionally predestined... still, for us it was tough to chew meat with fatty bits in - and that brings it up a lot: a great environment! plus really funny name.

We had very good food, as starter tarte gratin and for main coarse a pepper steak, the house wine was excellent, very good restaurant if you are in a group with friends, family or business, typical alcasienne .. I think..

We went here since it was close to our hotel and we wanted the local cuisine. The food was good, no doubt. Fresh, piping hot, good texture and, above all, perfect cuisson of my steak. There still are chefs who know what a "steak saignant" means.

Service was a bit slow (it took some time to take our orders, to bring drinks and eventually the food).
